Thank you so much for making it! And yes — orecchiette definitely has a tendency to stack together like little poker chips sometimes. That’s one of the quirks of that pasta shape. I’ve found it helps to use plenty of salted water, stir it well during the first couple minutes of cooking, and toss it with the sauce right away after draining with a little reserved pasta water.
