I’m so glad you enjoyed the cannoli filling recipe and that it brought back happy memories. I do have a cannoli shell recipe from the cooking school we attended in Sicily, and I’d be happy to email it to you. We made it there, but I haven’t personally tested it again at home yet. I love the filling recipe – it’s very similar to my best friends who passed away a year ago and I never got the recipe for making the shells (big and small) They look just like hers from your picture. I’m so glad to have found you.
I wanted to ask if you can send me the recipe for making the shells. I appreciate it so much.
