Hi Fara! I haven’t tested this recipe with jarred or canned peaches, so I can’t say for sure. They tend to have more moisture than fresh peaches, so I’d drain them very well before using to help prevent the crostata from becoming soggy. If you give it a try, I’d love to hear how it turns out!
